Mr. Arne Almerfors has more than 30 years of international experience at senior executive levels in high tech companies, both public and private. Between 1995-2010, Mr. Almerfors held the position as President and CEO in the Swedish Agema Infrared Systems AB, acquired by FLIR Systems Inc. in 1997. At FLIR Systems Mr. Almerfors was appointed as Executive Vice President and President of the Thermography Division, the commercial infrared camera business. FLIR Systems Inc. is a public US company listed on the Nasdaq/OMX stock market. Mr. Almerfors transferred a somewhat Swedish oriented company to become the worldwide market leader holding a market share of +60%. Mr. Almerfors also transferred a low volume camera manufacturer to a high volume, more consumer oriented camera manufacturer. After having built a company with outstanding growth and profitability Mr. Almerfors desired to retire from his capacity and use his experience for other purposes. Today Mr. Almerfors is acting as an Investor and Chairman in a selection of different companies, from metal industry to IT.

Robert Jukic is also co-founder of Chamber Group. Robert Jukic is also co-founder and former CEO of CBN Chamber Business Networks AB. Prior to that Robert Jukic worked at the West Sweden Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as Director of the Business Department.

Peter Grönvall has also an experience from the thermoelectric field as Vice President and CFO of Supercool AB in Gothenburg. Lennart Holm is a well known Swedish entrepreneur and business leader with a history as CEO and Chairman for several large international groups, e.g. Perstorp, PAI partners, Stora Cell, as well as from start-ups and operations of own investments. Lennart Holm has more than 25 years experience from general management in multinational companies, marketing and sales, R&D, production, finance, private equity, entrepreneur & venture capital. Andreas has a great understanding and knowledge in different kinds of company structures, as he has experience as CEO in public companies, cooperative companies as well as private equity owned and privately owned ones. Daniel has more than 28 years of global experience of business and corporate development as well as the design, development and execution of many major turn-key projects for power generation, water treatment and facilities for production of organic and inorganic chemicals as well as pulp and paper within the process industry. Daniel has a successful and proven track record in managing a great variety of technical, contractual, commercial and managerial matters in large complex industrial projects including the arranging of structured financing with limited recourse. In addition to the development and execution of major EPC (turnkey) projects in Asia, America and Europe with total investment costs of between USD 38 million and USD 3 billion, Daniel has actively pursued change management and corporate development in large multi cultural organizations. For example Daniel has managed corporate and business development within the Kvaerner group during the merger with Trafalgar House at the time having 82,000 employees and USD 10 billion revenue; been deeply involved in change management within the Metso tissue and paper board divisions for increased diversification and improved profitability; as well as worked within the ÅF Group as senior vice president sales for 2,100 engineers with the purpose to improve the culture, behavior and commercial performance of the international process consulting team.
Mr Per-Ove Jönsson has more than 30 years of industrial experience, in international companies. Mr Jönsson has worked 15 years in various senior management positions in automotive, B2B and B2C industries and for more than 15 years in senior positions in the energy sector. Mr Jönsson was CEO in one of the largest energy contracting companies in the Nordic region. Mr Jönsson has experiencies from Supervisory Boards in several branches, for example in Nuclear, CHP, Consulting , Contracting, Energy grid, and Telecom companies. Mr Jönsson has extensive experince in creating businesses from outsourced units, build it up through acquistions and divesting them. Besides his professinell experiencies Mr Jönsson has an MBA from Gothenburg Management Insthitute and has undergone advanced management programs at Stochkholm School of Economics and London Business School. Today Mr jönsson works as senior advisor and holds supervisory board positions in for example energy related companies , an investment company and as chairman in a start-up organisation.

Tony M. Jukic has 13 years of international experience in the automotive industry and has held several managerial positions within finance and product development at Volvo Cars and Ford in the USA. Tony Jukic has an extensive experience in business development and senior project management by working in large cross functional teams. Mr. Anders Pettersson for eight years between 2002 and 2010, Mr Pettersson was Chief Executive of Thule, the global leader within Sports Utility Transportation, where he developed the business, driving organic sales, profitability and executed a series of international branded acquisitions. He joined Capital Safety Group in 2010, the world leader in fall protection and height safety equipment, where he transformed the business over his two year tenure, significantly increasing revenues and profitability. Mr. Jaakko Autere has experience in leading international consumer goods companies in Northern Europe for the past 25 years. Jaakko has worked as President for Fiskars Homeware Division, including Iittala Retail with total turnover of 300 million euro. Earlier he has acted as Managing Director for Orkla Nordic Biscuit Division and served as Managing Director for L’Oreal in Norway and Sweden. During his international career Jaakko also worked for Kellogg’s in the United Kingdom and Ireland as Marketing Manager launching new European convenience category, and in Denmark for Nordisk Kellogg’s as Marketing Manager. He started his career with Olvi Brewery after graduation from Jyväskylä University.
